I’m a mom, an artist, a depression survivor, a yoga practitioner, and a lifelong student of the human body. My mission: to make yoga a joyful, accessible journey that supports you both on and off the mat.
Why practice with me?
I bring years of practice, teaching, and over 500 hours of advanced Yoga Teacher Training together along with alignment skills from studying the human form in art and movement awareness honed through dance. I can help you understand your body, move with awareness, and practice with strength and confidence.

How do I teach?
Science-Backed
I weave ancient yoga wisdom with modern science, creating a practice that is both mindful and effective. We move with purpose, prevent injury, and get the most benefit from every pose.
Strong
We all need strength. It adds quality to life, protects from injury, and allows deeper stretches. I bring this into my teaching always supporting your practice and daily movements.
Meditative
Find your flow. We move with the rhythm of the breath, easing into a meditative state while building strength, improving flexibility, and cultivating a calm, steady mind that carries beyond the mat.
Attentive
With me, students find their own pace and their own practice. Strength isn’t about moving slowly, it’s about being fully attentive to each movement, each breath, and each mindful moment on the mat.


I’m practicing 1:1 with Blossom and my experience has been amazing, helpful, and impactful. My specific goal was to achieve better flexibility, and with Blossom’s help, l’ve definitely reached that goal. Since starting the classes, l’ve noticed significant improvements in my mental well-being-it feels incredibly gratifying to start my day with her sessions.
What I enjoy the most about the classes is the hands-on practice. Blossom’s corrections to my posture and stance when performing the poses have made a huge difference in my yoga experience. Any hands-on practice to correct my stance particularly stands out as a memorable aspect of our sessions.
I would highly recommend Blossom’s one-on-one yoga classes to others. She really takes her time to teach and is very passionate about yoga. It’s incredibly helpful to have someone who ensures you’re performing the moves safely and correctly. Blossom is a great teacher and conducts a fantastic class.


Blossom is an awesome teacher. She explains the moves we are doing, what muscles they strengthen and how to do them properly. I’ve never been comfortable doing yoga videos myself at home because I don’t know if I’m doing it right. And joining a big class is intimidating because it seems like everyone else is an expert already. I enjoy our group and look forward to learning more Yoga.


I’ve been attending Blossom’s Yoga class and it’s been a wonderful experience for me. She is an instructor who very knowledgeable, calm and patient. Her instructions are easy to follow and great for all levels. I’ve noticed a huge improvements in my strength and flexibility and especially my breathing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their health.
